SO GLAD I BOUGHT THIS!

My son is currently 2months old(weighing 15lbs) and we own just about every type of baby gear you imagine.. a rocker, swing, bumbo, Stand/Air n’ play, etc. Even though my son is on the bigger side, he still needs to learn how to sit up and hold his head up perfectly. I noticed a pattern that he no longer wants to be in a lay down position and would just prefer to sit up on my lap or be held in a sit up position. I GOT TIRED OF HOLDING MY BIG BOY FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME(don’t judge >.< back pain was kicking my rear). I attempted to put him in the bumbo once and NEVER RECOMMEND it because there was not much support! I found this FP sit me up and ordered IMMEDIATELY!

The millisecond I plopped my son in this bad boy he was lovin’ it! He hasn’t managed to grab at the dangling toys yet but he just loves to sit up on his own and look/talk to everything! I’m able to cook, clean and just relax while he entertains himself in the darn thing! My son loves it and my back definitely loves it! Highly recommend!!

Too Small for 17 lb baby

Putting it together was very simple. Took barely two minutes.

The online description didn’t have a weight limit. When it arrived the box says the weight limit is 25 lbs, so I was glad it should work for my 17 lb 11 week old. Nope! He got stuck! It took two adults to get him out while he screamed.

Also, if you put it together only to find it doesn’t work for you, it doesn’t disassemble. It can’t go back in the box it came from for returns.

We bought this for my son who at the time was 4 months old. It folds down enough to store away. It came as pictured. Easy set up. Easy to clean especially if the little one makes a number 1 or 2 in it. I’ve ran it through the washer (We have a washer with an agitator) and it washed well. We air dried it. Overall, it was a great buy. The only down fall was that when my son sits in it I have to put a blanket under his bottom because he looks like he needs some support.

When I purchased this product I was under the impression that it was adjustable and that I could recline my daughter back a little bit in it but when I put it together that was not the case and even look like in the pictures it did adjust so that was very disappointing. Other than my disappointment with the fact that the seat did not adjust I was very impressed with how easy it was to store away with just the price of the buttons it collapsed and slid behind a chair which is really nice for somebody who lives in an apartment, small home or just doesn’t want to devote that much room to baby toys. I would say this is actually PERFECT for a grandparent, relative or someone who watches the baby occasionally or frequently because the storage feature was my favorite thing about this baby seat. My infant did not seem to like the seat. I am sure that other babies would love the sea however so I did not take away any stars for that reason. It cleans up really nice so I was actually able to sell this for almost the full amount that I purchased it for! There are baby toys that are attached to the seat so I did make it sort of entertaining for my baby girl for a few seconds. I also tried to use this to feed the baby but this is not the type of thing you would want to use to feed a baby in because even though it cleans up well the food sort of gets everywhere. Nice product overall, I was just disappointed in the advertising of the product I did not get what I was thought I was getting.

ALSO YOU CAN NOT DISASSEMBLE ONCE PUT TOGETHER so just be sure to get a large box to return I tried and tried and then looked it up and realized you could not lol XD Some parts are made to be assembled once and that's it
If your baby can't support their head all the way it can be tricky to get them in and out leg holes are small will last a few months I hope update: wasn't able to get my baby out alone had to have dad help me the leg holes aren't very big it's still nice but not for larger babies amazon was very helpful in my failed attempt to return lol I think it is cute and will work for a smaller babies regardless to it not working for my child I like the crinkle toy and squeaker He only enjoyed it for a minute but I'm sure some children do enjoy it babies with thin legs

We bought this chair in hopes that we could have more freedom. Our boy was 3 months old when we got this because he was at the stage where he wanted to be sitting up, he liked it. He stays there for a while before he starts fussing to get out. Our only problem has been the leg holes, those holes are in the small side. Our boy has little chubby legs which gets stuck when trying to get him out. We have to wiggle him out of there. This chair would be perfect if they widen those leg holes... not all babies have tiny skinny legs! My boy is about to be 5 months next week and his legs are chubbier than those pics i posted.. he still gets stuck and have to be wiggled out... :/

So Much Better than a Bumbo

For our fourth baby, we decided on this seat instead of the Bumbo or other assisted seating options because it came highly recommended by many therapists who track infant milestones and development. This seat is meant to contain baby, NOT teach them how to sit. We began using at roughly 5 months old once our daughter was sitting up assisted and had full head/neck control. She’s average weight and height. This became the perfect seat to keep in our bathroom so I can shower every day! She’s now almost a year old: 19 lbs and 30” long and still plays in this seat every morning. We switched out the toys for a set of cloth ones made by Skip Hop because I don’t like plastic toys. I did take one star off because it doesn’t fold quite as flat as I expected and the cloth seat isn’t the easiest thing to take off for washing. Otherwise, this is definitely a keeper for any future babies and I seriously wish we had this for our first 3!

GREAT product. Everything else we have has the baby putting pressure on the back of his head so this is a nice option to keep his skull from flattening. It definitely helped boost his neck/head strength. It folds fairly flat for easy travel. He loves to sit in it while we eat dinner or just to play. In my opinion the toys aren’t the best for the age that will first go in the chair but now that he’s getting older he is starting to enjoy them a bit. We normally just leave them dangling in front and give him something else to play with. It is definitely not the easiest to get the baby in and out if yours is like ours and constantly holds his feet together or crossed. You need to be able to hold baby with one hand and arrange the feet with the other but that’s easier said than done. However my sisters baby doesn’t hold her legs like that and they’ve had no problems. He’s getting the hang of it more now anyway. We still love it!!!!

This let our baby stay close to us when we had family time on the couch, and also worked as a floor seat for snacks in a pinch - having one with a food tray would work better.

Pros:
Machine washable fabric, everything else wipes down
Folds up for convenient storage & portability
Pretty sturdy for a compact seat
Were able to "puck" the back of the chair into our sofa to help keep it secure for our family night

Cons:
Our child grew out of within three months, factor that into your value equation
Fisher Price items have been notoriously difficult for us to assemble for some reason, this wasn't as bad but still not something to do alone on little sleep

I was searching high and low for another activity for my baby other than the bouncer and I came across this seat. After reading the positive reviews, I decided to purchase.

I’m so glad I did because I now believe this is my baby’s favorite item! It took her some time to warm up to it but she now loves to hang out in the seat and play with the toys that hang off the front. I also think this seat helped strengthen her neck muscles because she is almost to the point of holding up her head without any assistance.

I also like the fact that this seat is compact and able to fold up. There is nothing I hate more than having baby stuff all over the living room in plain view. It’s also nice this seat has the potential to be used for months to come.

My daughter likes this little seat and it's great to put her in so she can be near me while I shower/get ready for work or in the kitchen while I cook. She loves being able to sit up and look around and the toys keep her busy for a little while. It was really easy to put together and it's easy to take off the frame to wash. My only complaint is that it can be tricky to get baby in and out of it. I wish the front part was removable.

Great booster for infants

This has been great! Baby started to use this at 11.5lbs and she's able to sit in it for 15-20 mins which is a big deal! I place this on the island or dining table. WARNING, i don't think a baby over 14lbs will fit in this! My baby is 12.5lbs and it's now a struggle to get her out of it. Wish this could expand with the baby but it doesn't ☹️ The reason why I took off 1 star is because the front part where the toys are hanging is hard! It's not soft or foamy at all and my baby tends to move her head up and down alot and she also chews on everything so she's always trying to bite this part. I have to put a blanket or thick burp cloth so she can bite in that instead of feeling the plastic. Overall, I recommend it for any infant that can hold their head up and is under 14lbs.
