Story is about a little boy afraid of going to bed to himself until he’s reminded that he is a Ninja and can handle anything, makes it up to bed all by himself. I’m just not a Ninja so didn’t find too interesting.
I love bedtime story with my godson and Michael Gordon's Bedtime Ninja is definitely a keeper. He, too, is sometimes afraid of the night, so having this book and it's beautiful illustrations to help get him to bed is a life saver. Wonderfully written and great illustrations and a lesson to be learned, what more can you want in a children's book.
This is a rhyming bedtime story about a little boy who doesn't want to go to bed alone. As with the rest of Michael Gordon books, he will shows the skiddish child how to overcome with a easy to read and an understand story and illustrations to match. Sam did not want to go to bed alone. Mama calls her little man the Ninja of the Night. He crept to the bathroom as silently as a mouse. Armed with his toothbrush he was ready to fight. He washed his face very fast. Towel in hand he waved it back and forth ready to give the enemy a smack. What did he do next? What do you do next? Let's listen/read to find out all. I borrowed this book on a Kindle Unlimited website and so can you.
