This is a really nice cover. We bought this for a smaller generator that we had on order (but later cancelled so we could buy a bigger one). When it arrived we planned on returning it for the larger size,....however,.....its so nice we decided to keep it for yet another generator (yes,...we are preppers) we own. Its got a bungee type of fitted bottom, the material is a nicer quality than some of the BBQ covers that we have that have lasted for years. In addition to being preppers,...we are both a bit OCD,...so these covers will look good covering our different brand generators with a consistent looking cover. I know,.....but we like things to match!

Ripped ridiculously easily upon first use

In the questions and answers it's asked does this fit the df457t wen generator. They answered yes and even amazon couples this cover as a suggestion to buy with the df 457t wen generator. Upon first use the cover ripped ridiculously easy on the handle of the generator. Do not use this cover if you installed the handle on your df-457t generator. It was not made for a generator with the handle installed. Cover seemed nice by feel but could not believe how easy it ripped. The handle poked right through the cover with no force or tugging on the cover. I just pulled the cover down to the bottom of the generator and stepped back and noticed the cover ripped. It broke through the cover so easily I didn't even know it happen till after the fact.

I figured the cover would be a little snug to put on but it was very easy, no chore at all , and the drawstring at the bottom was just as easy to cinch to get the snug fit I desired .
I'm not usually one to bling out my things but am more concerned about quality and value but the color and ginormous logo enhance my new inverter/generator nicely .
It's padded just enough , not too puffy and not too thin and the cover itself is grippy enough where I can pick up the whole thing with cover on and then take it off once it's on the wagon I use to move it around . I use my generator to power my electric cultivar or electric blower because it's easier to move around a 20' cord than a100' 10awg one . I have 2 gardens on opposite sides of my yard . Anyway , I got this cover because of its extremely low price instead of just using a tarp and am not disappointed at all.
I can't speak for it fitting any other brand or model but it fits mine like it was made for the next biggest size up (4500) but I'm kinda glad it is a little baggy so I can grab and move they unit with the cover on in case if killa has made a nest inside I can uncover it in a place where I can run away faster .

The Wen generator cover perfectly fits the Predator 3500 watt inverter generator. Height wise it is long enough to cover the wheels, but if you do not want the wheels covered it can be folded up at the bottom, it has a very strong elastic band sewn into the bottom that can be adjusted for tightness if necessary, though it would not be necessary for the Predator.

Went to WEN website to find a cover for my WEN GN400i RV-Ready 4000-Watt Open Frame Inverter Generator CARB Compliant but reviews stated it was too short. Took some quick measurements of my genny and this was pretty close. Does have some play in cover when on which Im ok with. Did sit my genny on a Harbor Freight Furniture dolly haul master item #61781 fits almost perfect on top for easy rolling around in the garage. This will be used as a backup power source during power outages.

We had a cold period of more than 10 days where the high temperature was less than 20 degrees Fahrenheit. This cover was on my generator that is stored outdoors. I was fortunate and did not have to use the generator, but I do try to start it and let it get some exercise at least once a week. All that cold weather did stiffen the cover up some, but I was surprised and impressed that for the most part it stayed a lot more flexible and pliable and was easy to remove and replace after the generator had cooled down.

The material is a proper thickness, and sheds water quite nicely. It has a good fit, and the product I received actually is the dimensions advertised. It features durable and secure sewn seams, and the drawstring closure works nicely.

Great generator!! Small and portable and at 3,800 max and 3,400 running watts it can handle all I need it too! Super quiet and being an inverter generator it can throttle down or up to meet the load!! This extends the run time per tank of fuel! Very satisfied with this generator! Of course no power outages since I received it, but will update the post once I e used it some! Electric and pull start is great and When you turn it off normally it will run until the fuel in the carb is used up and then automatically shuts down! So far I love it!!!

Well made cover that fits well, except when you have propane hose connected. Hose sticks out at 90 degree angle, and cover stretches too far to try to cover. It forces you to unscrew hose before covering. I'm going to install 90 degree fitting at hose connection, because I'll be leaving it hooked to propane for auto-start capability, as it's plugged into house with outside generator outlet.

Setup instructions were very clear, step by step. Will need end wrenches and/or socket wrenches. Generator started up immediately. As mentioned in other reviews, you will need a small funnel with rubber hose to access the oil filler. I found one at an auto supply store for $1.50. Also bought the cover suggested for this machine. It was super-snug, could barely get it on. Suggest buying the XL rather than Large.

Fits a Vulcan Omnipro 220 multi-process welder

Harbor Freight doesn't sell a cover for the Vulcan Omnipro 220 welder, and the Vulcan 220 is actually a little larger than most multi-process inverter welders, so most of the covers for comparable Miller and Lincoln's don't fit. This cover fits the Vulcan 220 perfectly. It's actually a little big, but that's OK b/c you can still fit the cover on with all the cables connected.
