Epson is the best

I use these cartridges for the Epson WF Pro WF3720. While the printer is a great price, the cartridges are on the high side as cartridges go and substitute brands cannot be used which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. That being said, both the printer and the cartridges have never failed me. Took a long road trip recently and had to take the printer plus extra cartridges with me. Both sat in my car trunk for 3 days with evening temps dropping below freezing. When I unpacked and plugged it in, it printed without a hitch. Cartridges print high quality until completely empty - copies don't start to fade as cartridges get low. Wouldn't recommend for those who do a lot of printing, such as those with a home office who print multiple copies daily, but for light users, the cartridges are worth the price.

I installed this cartridge last week, along with the Cyna, and my machine is stating the black is totally empty and needs replacing and they Cyan is half full. I am really unhappy with my Epson WF 3720 and the black ink cartridge does feel empty. There's no way I used this ink because an error code kept coming up and I could not print ANYTHING...I plugged it back up this morning and the empty cartridge message comes up.

I will not purchase another Epson printer - ever again....when the one I have at home (I have one at work, too) dies it will not be replaced by an Epson and I am looking for a new one for work, too. Cheaper to buy a printer every time than OEM cartridges.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but Epson really deserves a negative review.

Once again, another printer is purchased that's turning out to be a piece of junk. I JUST replaced all my cartridges with genuine Epson ink and within a few hundred (at most) prints, my black is already telling me it's low. Is there really no decent printers out there that last more than a year or 2 and don't suck down ink like there's no tomorrow? I don't do heavy printing right now but with my new career starting soon, I very well may. I don't want to keep investing in crappy printers and sub-par ink.

Keeps saying it does not recognise the cartridge. I checked this is the one that is to be used with WF-3720. I regret having to update to this version WF printer. I have had problems with getting ink for printer and some functions on the printer.

I ordered this and received it a few days. I estimate that I may have gotten it to print 50-75 pages before the ink went dry and my Epson printer failed to operate. So that means it was costing me approximately 33 cents per page. I could do better at the library feeding dimes into the machine. Epson builds a very poor quality product I find and its exorbitant ink costs add significantly to my dissatisfaction with this product and this machine. I think I may try to return the copier and buy a competitor's product and recommend you consider doing likewise.

You'd be lucky to get 15 out of this cartridge. I printed 3 eBay invoices and 3 shipping labels. The cartridge is almost 75% empty. You'd be lucky to get 20 blank sheets of paper before you had to buy new ink.

This ink is halfway empty and I’ve printed 85 black and white sheets over the lifetime of this printer. This is my third cartridge. Absolute highway robbery. Buy third party!!!

I have only been using this ink/printer (WF-3720) since the end of August and now it is the beginning of November and I have already gone through 2 normal and 1 XL Black inks and it is telling me I will need to replace all the colored ones for a second time fairly soon. I have spent over double what it cost me to buy the printer just in ink. I would not recommend this ink or the WF-3720

After a firmware update, Epson stopped supporting any other ink cartridge except their own brand. Given this means my printer cannot even scan something without having ink in it, I ordered one of these cartridges. I printed two pages today and already this printer is saying just saying that The brand new cartridge is at 30% capacity. I think I may just dump this one and go back to using brother printers

I ran thru that ink in 3 days. Only got 50 pages. The install was brutal. Apparently, there is a kink with the Epson printer that can happen when installing black ink. The printer will give a constant error. Epson was no help. Blogs were no help. The best & easiest way to correct the error is to uninstall, then reinstall the program.
