Top critical review
O.K but I have to question their lumenosity rating

I put them into my Chrysler Pacifica PHEV minvan.
Odd thing is that they seem to be of slightly lower brightness in projector type lower beam light than the OEM Sylvania 9005 HL (I tried them in two perpendiclular positions, it is about the same). Not terrible, but frankly I expected quite a bit more since the OEMs (anecdotally via a quick web search) are rated at 1700lm and these are said to have 4000lm each. Not seeing that at all.
for the high beam reflector light, they are about the same or marginally brighter (so work better in reflectors than projectors , it seems), but the spread pattern wider while less even than OEM's Sylvania 9005LL. Again, it is not working out to 4000:1700 rating ratio even closely, in my opinion.
Still though, i think it works for me as they are only 25w per bulb vs. 60w OEMs, and i am running them in the PHEV version of the minivan, so lowering the wattage is the primary goal here.
Also, passive cooling and a compact design (for a LED) is a big plus. I hate those additional moving parts and fans on the car lights and wonder how much of that wattage is spent on running the cooling motor in alternatives. Some of the bulkier fans simply would not fit under the lights assembly caps.
