Absolute junk. The handle broke and sliced my finger on trip one. The bag ripped on trip two. The wheels collapsed and became unusable on trip three. Three strikes and 2 out of three are worthless.

Great suitcase! We brought ours to Italy and trecked across cobble stone streets and drug it a HUGE distance from our hotel in Venice to the train stop in order to make it to our next destination and they have held up very well through some rough treatment! They are also very light-weight for those who are flying and want to conserve poundage.

The 28” luggage of the original set unfortunately had a quality issue. The 2 smaller luggage withstood the first interstate trip and remain to be in great condition. Coolife’s customer support center had been very helpful and offered solutions for the damaged 28” luggage, all viable. Since the luggage will be needed for more travels in the near future, we opted for “replacement.” Within a few days, we received the replacement. There have been no new issues so far, and we hope it will withstand all future trips. Excellent customer service! Hats off to the people resource of Coolife.

Ordered the black with blue set and they have exceeded expectations. Needed them for a cross country trip from California to Florida, back to California and up to Washington state for a family of four. Used smallest one as a bathroom essentials bag, middle size for both kids clothing and the large for parent clothing and it worked amazing. Even when full and heavy, wheels made it so easy to move even my 3 yo cld push them. The zippers were at max capacity and held tight. No tears or any sign of wear and we really tested these in all climates and used daily. Still using until we find new place and they still work great. Wld highly recommend for style, quality and especially the bargain price

We received these today and have looked them over carefully. The quality seems better than that of luggage that we looked at at a much higher price. The material seems very durable, and the luggage has great reinforcement on the corners and the bottom. We are very impressed. The only negative is that they will NOT fit inside each other unless two of the wheels are sticking out. We did not want to force them so ended up storing the smallest in the largest one and will store the medium one separately.

My brother and I purchased the luggage set for our Mom, who travels a lot, for Mother's Day. She loves it. Opening each piece she beamed and even woohoo-ed with excitement. She rolled the luggage on carpet and hardwood to test the spinner wheels. She also tested out the handles to make sure the heights accommodated her. She was packing for her work trip when we arrived with the new luggage. As soon as we unpacked the new pieces she started unpacking her items from her old luggage and repacking them in the new.

Our Mom is truly thrilled. The real moment of truth will come after she uses the set this weekend.

I read a lot of reviews and researched different luggage options before deciding on this set. It seems to be an excellent choice.

Just used the small and medium sized bags for a trip. The small bag worked perfect for a carry on and I checked the medium bag. I was very impressed with them. They’re good quality bags that feel very durable. They roll very easily and the 4 rotating wheels make it very nice when rolling the bag. The blue accents also are nice and make it easier to identify your bag at baggage claim.

I had a long trip planned and spent hours a day trying to research ‘best luggage’ , ‘most durable luggage’ etc and each article I found, I felt like it was just sponsored by luggage companies and didn’t trust them. After reading many reviews, I felt comfortable buying this set. It arrived quickly and in great condition. When delivered, each smaller piece is nested within the larger one. Amazon asked me to write a review but I wanted to wait until I had used at least one of the pieces before doing so. I went on my trip, flew across half the US with the largest piece of luggage from the set, and here’s what I found. It was very snowy where I went and leaving the airport for arrival/departure, I had to pull a very full ( was packed FULL and weighed 40 pounds) luggage over icy snow and even so, the wheels moved 360 degrees and never gunked up. I know the luggage would be heavy for the airline workers to throw on/off the plane and onto the luggage carousel, so I was concerned maybe it would tear. Nope. Not at all. I attached photos of the luggage after it made both trips across the US. The most that happened was some scuffs on the back and the corners ( that are lined with hard rubber type material for this exact reason). I am very happy with the luggage and am glad I chose this set.

Lightweight, Easy Gliding and Stylish too!

Wanted to replace my heavy 2-wheeled set with a lighter spinner set for some time now. Did some in-store research and found the soft-sided was lighter weight than the hard. Wanted a bright color to make it easier to spot on the carousels, but read online that the handles on the soft-sided luggage get grungy with all the handling over time. So I opted for black and made them easy to pick out by adding bright red luggage straps, pom moms and name tags - all bought on Amazon. Even with all the extra doodads the set cost me almost $100 less that I could buy on sale at local department stores. My set and all the trimmings arrived today and so far I love them. They glide like a breeze, nice light weight and look pretty sharp looking too! Can't speak to their durability just yet. Taking them on a European trip at the end of the month so will update my review after that.
