I don't get it Dyson, you build a great Vacuum, maybe the best yet, then you go cheap on the energy storage. Followed by a lame charger that takes an hour to charge.
Your engineers followed DeWalt down the same bad path, of the DCB407. If you can discharge the vacum in 15 minutes, the beauty of Lithium Ion is that it can come back in 15 minutes,,,,,,,,,,,,,, not an HOUR.
Dyson comes so close to creating something great, then falls on it's face with this Nanie battery. This battery should be twice as thick and "hot swappable".
Just disappointed in Dyson engineers, more than upset.
