Have to admit, I'm pretty impressed! Anyone who has moved during a snowy winter knows what a full on mess is. I bought 2 of these rugs for the "new" house, we all made sure to step/whipe our on the rugs during the move in. The two house comparison- New house 90% cleaner with rugs vs Old house without! New house used one mop bucket for the whole house vs two sweeping & four mop buckets for the Old. Oh golly! I forgot about my two lab fur babies!!! They, love any kind of moisture and dirt they can get into, these super soft, absorbent rugs even grabbed the snow/mud from the nooks and crannies of their feet!! Got kids? Got dogs? Got water? Got mud? Get you a rug or two, you'll be well satisfied with your purchase.

I have a lot of problems with this. Even for the incredibly low price I would expect more. This rug doesn't lay flat on the ground, it doesn't look the way it should without a LOT of adjusting just to make it look like a rectangle, and it certainly doesn't stay that way if someone steps on it, no matter how careful you are. It certainly isnt non-slip as advertised. Thin, no traction, no pad. Basically a tiny shag blanket with a thin, sprayed on backing. I'm over all very disappointed. Would not recommend, this is a waste of $12. Go to Big Lots/Marshalls/Target/Home Goods, even Walmart, basically anywhere, and spend the 15-30 for something decent. I didn't send mine back because we are moving and don't have the time, but otherwise this would be being returned. It looks terrible and I doubt it will hold up being washed, but even if it does, I will be throwing it out and buying a different bath mat; I actually feel embarrassed having it in my home

Great bath rug. Thick, soft, comfy under foot. It's very absorbent and dries quickly. I'm going to pick up a couple more of these, including one to put on the floor in front of the kitchen sink. It's really nice under my stocking feet when I'm washing up.

I have to say I'm really impressed in general with the quality of "Amazon Basics" products so far. Everything I've purchased with their brand has been well above average in quality. Electronics cables (fiber optic, USB, etc.), laptop stands, dish and microfiber towels, and so on. All great quality and value for the money.

I have NO idea how anyone could fault this rug or the great reviews. (What’s wrong with you, fakespot?). It’s the best rug I’ve bought in a very long time! (Seriously!) I’ve since purchased 3 more of these rugs and am about to buy another. Soft, washable, and just a great rug. I purchased a cheaper similar rug on Amazon and, while I saved $1-2, the rug is nothing I will use. (The cheaper rug is so nubbly that it’s almost painful when you walk on it.) I had also bought a similar rug at a large storefront, but it has a shine that I dislike. THIS rug is a world apart from those. Soft, not shiney, washable, stays looking nice (even with pets sleeping and romping on it).... It’s a great price and value. (The rug stays on the floor for me, which some reviewers differed about. Maybe it’s just my flooring.) Love this rug!

We have to be careful not to have tripping hazards in our house, so I lay this down when I’m getting ready in the mornings and pick it up when I’m done. I just washed this for the first time, after having a makeup foundation fiasco. The outcome was magnificent ... I figured it was ruined, but not so!! Very pleased with this little piece of heaven!

I had been on the hunt for a bathroom rug that would match well with my purple decor. I wanted something that was super soft, yet also very absorbent. This rug is everything that I was searching for at a good price.

The bathroom rug color is fairly close to the image shown, slight bit darker. It does stay in place fairly well, although I do have to straighten it out every couple of days. I have washed and dried it, and I have had no issues at all. It cleans beautifully.

Overall I am happy with my purchase and would recommend!

It's not an exact color match, and the rug is a tad bit too tall (is there such a thing as TOO plush?) But I love it even if it's not 100% what I'd hoped for. It's very soft and comfortable. I like the fact I can toss it in the washing machine instead of trying to vacuum it (some reviewers complain that they can't easily vacuum it because it doesn't stay put-that WOULD be an issue if I needed to vacuum it often, but washing it in the washing machine is so much better!) It wasn't a bad price for the quality. Definitely recommend it.

So I just washed this wonder rug for the 1st time and the binding is falling apart!! I can't return it now its past the window ughh. Very disappointed!! I love the rug as you can see the softness and it washed up good. It is very absorbent. I'm gald I waited because I wanted to order more color but not now. It can't handel the washing machine. Yes i used gentle cycle! Ughh unhappy!!

Works for a mat under litter box.

Bought this to place under my cat's litter box to help with the litter that comes out with his pawing during use as well as what comes off his paws once out of the box. I shake it out daily and wash weekly. I do not put it in the dryer, instead allow it to air dry and it remains soft. Since I do not use it for a human bathmat, I cannot say how well it works, but it is working for the use I intended it for. The cat is happy!
