Four stars - it took five days to figure it out
Reviewed in the United States on January 16, 2019
First off, it's not plug and play - not for my system, anyway. I tried plugging in the dongle several times and my PC wasn't reading it. I'd given up and ordered another dongle from a different company, but I should've waited: a day after receiving my new dongle I received an email from Lovin with the link to their updated drivers (and if you have a CD-ROM, pitch the install disk Lovin sends, because it's old and it stinks).
BUT WAIT. There's more.
Ahem. The links Lovin sends go to a Dropbox account. But to get the links to work you need WinZip or an equivalent on your PC to download the Dropbox files (.rar format). After I downloaded WinZip and the correct drivers for my 64 bit system (trial-and-error x2) and updated my PC after installing, I got dam dongle to work and it connected with my wireless keyboard. But what a headache.
Pros: It's cheap. It eventually works.
Cons: It may take you several days of fiddling with it if you go it alone. Also, the company emails look helpful, because they seem to want to help people with the installs. But because I'm hardheaded and I want to figure things out for myself, it took me a week of trial and error. Who knows? Maybe you'll have better luck if you call them first.
