My Favorite Breakfast!

This is a classic, lovely muesli & great for a well balanced, no fuss breakfast. I prefer this variety (for me extra sugar isn’t needed) but if other family members like it sweeter, they can add brown sugar, agave, maple syrup, Swerve, stevia, xylitol, Equal, whatever their favorite is to it. Great topped with fresh berries or banana or a dollop of Greek yogurt for extra protein.
If you want to soften the oats, pour some into a bowl with milk or non dairy alternative and leave it overnight in the fridge; it makes mornings simpler, your first meal nutrient rich & REALLY delicious!
