Top critical review
At best, a very basic book about the sales process.

I'm sorry to dissent from the majority, but this was essentially useless to me. As another reviewer mentioned, this really doesn't tie-in to introvertedness. Once in a while, he'll try to loop things back to introverted people, but none of this is specific to a person who is introverted by nature. It's general sales principles, and basic ones at that. Research or studies are mentioned occasionally, but often not cited... what is your authority then for providing the information? All in all, it outlines a very basic and rudimentary sales process, but it has nothing to do with introvertedness. If you've read ANYTHING about sales or had any type of sales training, there is absolutely nothing new here. Sorry to say.
