Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Canon PG-210 XL / CL-211 XL Amazon Pack does not fit the printer MP-250. I will like to return this product, through my account but the return process will not accept it. First-time buyer not good. I always buy these products from Sam's club and they fit perfectly. I need my refund Thank you
Got about one tenth of the use of this cartridge. I started printing a couple of pages just fine then I got pages of black smears. This is for home use. I don't use a lot of ink. A cartridge usually lasts me at least 4 to 6 months.
I ordered a combo ink pack (black and color) for my canon printer. (Canon PG-210 XL / CL-211 XL Amazon Pack) I did not receive the combo pack. I was sent something else. I received 1 box with black ink and a 2nd box with a color ink. The picture and description of what I thought I was buying on Amazon is completely different compared to what I actually received. I attempted to attach a jpeg photo to show what I received except this review would not allow me to load the photo due to "unsupported file type" error. So now I question if I received some type of a knock-off product. The ink that I received appears to be compatible to my printer so I will try it with the hope of not damaging my printer. The other question that comes to mind is the actual price I paid for the item I ordered but did not receive. Is the product that I received actually priced lower than what I thought I was ordering?
I ordered Cannon printer ink cartridges that Cannon printer manual claimed were compatible with this printer. The cartridges are in boxes labeled as what I ordered but obviously are not. They were much too large for the printer cartridge holders and would not fit. I have been using this recommended size canon printer ink cartridges for a few years; they have always fit the printer cartridge holders. Manufacturer has obviously mislabeled the product.
I ordered and installed brand new ink cartridges to print a letter with some pictures. Never having trouble before with printing letters with some pictures, using generally the same number of needed pages, I didn't expect the ink to run out before 80 pages! Cartridges are too expensive to run out of ink so quickly. I'm going to go digital for these "publications" in the future.
I don't know if they were used or if they were defective but they displayed deceiving information. In my computer's system, both inks showed "full" but they were printing like old ones. The copies were illegible and a waste of paper.
