Not Carrot Seed Oil, Not Sunscreen
Reviewed in the United States on July 1, 2020
I've bought many carrot seed oils. I don't believe this is carrot seed oil. It definitely doesn't have the distinctive smell. I don't know what this is. Do a search, this is 1/8 the price of carrot seed oil. Carrot seeds are tiny, I imagine it takes thousands to make 8oz of oil. The price is tempting, but don't fool yourself people. I thought I'd take a chance, as I had in the past with Sulu's Candelila wax and once again I was disappointed. Sulu makes cheap, but not good quality imo. Definitely don't use this as sunscreen. If you make diy sunscreen use reflective minerals like titanium dioxide or zinc oxide, in addition to oils.
