Some of this was boring but most of it was eye opening. I am sick if hearing about how much sleep we get matters and that it must be 7 to 8 hours because it isn’t a choice for some people. Some do not sleep well due to stress and anxiety and some do not sleep well, especially women, due to hormonal loss as aging occurs. Other than that, the author gave me new ideas that I plan to implement including keeping track of my time, in writing, so I can see what I waste time on. In that respect I can be more accountable for my goals.
