Multiculturalism and respect for all different cultures are absolutely something I want to instill in my child. The content of this book, and the intentionality shown through it are good. However, there is very limited, repetitive vocabulary. With this level of vocabulary, you would expect it for little kids (2-3 y/o). But many concepts (e.g., chemistry experiments, world map, flags of different countries) in it can't even be understood by 4+ y/o! If I want to make use of this book, I have to wait until my child is older, but when he is older, this book would be too simple for him in terms of the vocabulary it provides and the enjoyment he might feel.
BTW, I saw the flag of Hong Kong among a bunch of other countries' flags. Hong Kong is not a country. It's only a region.
