Don't waste your money

I hate to write a bad review but this product support is terrible and if something goes wrong forget the hassle to return. I bout the 2 pack. One would not toggle the the remote control switch to use away from the installed location. So i contacted customer support. I spent hours on internet and phone to try and resolve. It could not be done. Plus all the info online they want you to access is not compatible with apple products, only windows. So the gave me a return number and tried to log in. It would not accept my password. I had to reset password 4 times to final get in. Then found other products i had already registered was not in system.
But back to this product. it would not recognize my serial number. Finally tried to use the return system and they want a credit card number...........If it doesn't get back within 30 days from the start of return they charge you. And they send a free return label but no box to return it in....So I had another product and just tried to register and it won't recognize the serial number. Seriously!!!!! When they work its nice but so far if anything goes wrong they do not care about your future business by making it almost impossible to return.
