Cooper’s Charm 5+ Stars
Sexy, sweet, funny, heartfelt story that will keep you turning the pages until the end. Absolutely loved it!

I loved Cooper and Phoenix. Lori writes my favorite sexy Alpha heros, and vulnerable yet strong heroines. The sensual build up to their romance was perfect. From the first page I was captivated by these two lost souls, and The sexy scenes were hot and were perfectly done as always. Oh, and these two rescue a fur baby!

We also get a bonus romance between Phoenix’s sister Ridley and Baxter the scuba instructor. Loved these two as well. Ridley is snarky, sarcastic and funny. Baxter is a hottie and both are Leary of commitment.

All of the secondary characters are wonderful. Devon was another cutie! This story flows flawlessly intertwining both couples.

This was such a “Charming” read with all the feels. You really need this book now! One click, go to your local bookstore but get it!

This book starts out OK and then becomes boring. Characters do not develop well and it is just not a book that I am looking forward to finishing. I like some "lite reading" books but this ones just not terribly entertaining.

Cooper's Charm - a place to escape, to start over, make new friends and fall in love.

Cooper Cochran owns and operates an RV park where he has started a new chapter in his life after losing his wife. He hires Phoenix Rose for grounds duties and she is looking to regain herself.

Coop is drawn to her from day one because he knows why she is starting over and he plans to let that happen at his park. Phoenix is making friends and returning to herself when her older Sister, Ridley, shows up to check on her. She stays and works in to the cleaning department of the park and gets to know the scuba instructor Baxter.

Someone starts terrorizing Phoenix as she and Coop's relationship grows. They save a beagle pup "Sugar" that Coop adopts. As they fall in love, and Ridley and Baxter share hot sex and sharp words, Cooper's Charm evolves and becomes home.

The stalker comes forth and threatens Phoenix's life and scaring everyone in the park, but love shines through and friends become family.

With each new story Lori Foster writes, it becomes THE best and my favorite. This story came to me at a point where I needed a lift and I found that in Cooper's Charm.

Cooper's Charm is a charmingly delightful book. The two main characters, Phoenix and Cooper have had a traumatic experience in their past that they are struggling to get over. Phoenix was robbed and attacked and now she has become skittish around men. She applies for the position of groundskeeper at Cooper's RV Park in an effort to reclaim her life. Cooper lost his wife when she was murdered in a convenience store robbery. Yet, when they meet you can already see that sparks will fly.
In addition to Cooper and Phoenix, there is a secondary romance when Phoenix's sister comes to visit and then stay and falls for the scuba instructor Baxter.
The climax of the book will have the reader on the edge of their seat as a someone seems to be after Phoenix and Cooper tries to protect her.
Lori Foster has made an amazing start on this first book of her new series and it has a dog - what more could you ask for!!!

Cooper’s Charm is the first book of Lori Foster’s that I have read. Phoenix Rose came to Cooper’s Charm to escape from her memories of the attack that happened when she got done working. She was hired immediately by Cooper Cochran who is the owner. Phoenix’s sister Ridley joins her at Cooper’s Charm after several attempts to get Phoenix to come visit her failed. It was interesting to see how the characters all meshed and came together to help Phoenix when she started having mysterious things happen to her. The mysterious things keep escalating until the end of the book when it gets resolved.
It was easy to read. I enjoyed the fact that there was a lot of development of Phoenix and Cooper’s relationship. Cooper let Phoenix control their relationship instead of making it all about himself. The way Ridley and Baxter’s relationship shows the back and forth that is definitely Ridley’s reaction to what has happened in the past. It is definitely a 5 star read for me.

A great read AND a cute puppy!

I don't know that I can say much more than others have about Cooper's Charm. To say it is a wonderful story seems...small. I love Lori Foster's books -- always have -- and this time was no different. It arrived via the postal service and I would normally put it in a TBR pile. This time, I was driven to read it because I enjoyed the "preview' of the book I read online, I knew I would love the characters, and of course, the puppy on the cover.

I loved Cooper and Phoenix...and Sugar, of course. Both these characters are strong, working thru horrific events in their pasts, but you can tell from the start that they are meant for one another. They just have to figure that out! And the "secondary" romance between Ridley (Phoenix's sister) and Baxter, the scuba instructor at the resort, is at times, hilarious. Ridley has attitude to the max and it is usually aimed at Baxter. Don't go soft towards him; he can take it AND dish it out and it is that interaction that will make you laugh.

So very happy I read this story! A wonderful book that made me sigh and smile.

When trying to start over and having your past haunt you. Phoenix applies for a job a camp ground called Cooper's Charm taking care of the grounds. Then things start happening to her heart and she is falling in love with Cooper the owner. Phoenix can't stop thinking about him and he can't stop thinking about her. Her sister shows up and then she has someone else she can look after her. Then the whole crew starts noticing there feeling for each other and they look out for her when they see things happening. Everyone is a close and protecting the females more so when the boss says to watch out and never let her alone. Then accident after accident they think that all until something bad happens then it becomes serious. She moves in with Cooper when he fines things wrong with her her cabin. Then they move her stuff just in time before it goes up in fire. All I say is Lori can write a book that you won't be able to put it down. Enjoy it was a great read I can read it again.

Lori Foster never disappoints. Her characters and story line is full of depth and emotions. Cooper's Charm is a sweet story about finding yourself that includes romance, and so much more. The employee's are everything you would expect from a high-end resort. They take pride in their work, and how they treat everyone. Including new comer Phoenix Rose who just signed on to work at Cooper's Charm. They are more of a family vs. just being employees. If there is a Cooper's Charm RV Park and Resort I would love to know where it is. The resort sounds like a lovely place to not only visit, but to reside. I wish I could give this story 10 stars! Lori Foster NEVER fails to wow me with her books and Cooper's Charm is definitely going to be one of my favorites!!! The only problem I have with reading one of Lori Foster's new stories is waiting for the next one in the series to come out. I absolutely LOVED everything about this book; the characters, the puppy, the plot, the flow of the story, the descriptiveness ... everything! It felt like I was in the story with them. This book costs more than I usually pay for an ebook but was SO worth it!

Finding yourself again

Great read. I was drawn to Phoenix immediately. She's a strong woman that has had a challenge or two thrown her way. She is looking for a place to start over and continue to get her bearings and confidence back. Cooper is a handsome man with quiet strength that makes her feel safe quite easily. Her sister Ridley is her complete opposite and loves her fiercly. Ridley sets her sites on Baxter. Hang on these two will make you laugh as they work they way into the men's hearts.
I love the interaction between Phoenix and Ridley. These sisters are quite comical at times. Mystery, drama, love and happy ending.

Enjoyablee story but Big Man???

I am editing my review now that I have finished the book. I really enjoy Lori Foster and this story was no exception. I had only one gripe and that was the one I originally posted and still had at the end and that is the description of Cooper as a BIG man. Half a foot over Phoenix's 5'4" is 5'10" which is fairly average height and no way a massive man. I am sure this is an error which should have been picked up by and editor (I am 5'4" and my husband is 5" 11"). Other than that, and it is the reason this is a 4 star rather than a 5 star rating, this is a very good story of people overcoming problems and finding new love. The setting is also lovely.
