Would not fully charge — or keep charge

I splurged for the best and got burned. I tried contacting customer service as my unit never fully charged (after 48 hours), and then wouldn’t keep a charge very long. At one point, I tried charging for 50 hours, again, and I got three successful jumps out of it before it was dead. Based on the other reviews I had read, maybe I got the lemon, but since they won’t respond and I can no longer send back, I’m stuck with it.
