More ghost story as in your first one please. Romantic characters a bit frumpy. I imagined her as big books, big butt and it did not sound sexy. He was in love with one a nd jumped into things so fast. He was way too nerdy with his t shirt tan and what is with the red hair. I have red hair but can tan and red headed men are so white. Declan is redheaded so what with the redheads. Give me dark handsome and some muscles anytime. Still everyday normal but big boobs, big buts, eating all the time and redheads........ the ghost was the last few chapters with such a hurry. Take your time and a better story on the ghost. Loved the first book best.
I really enjoyed the Wicks Hollow series of mystery, ghostly love stories! I love how the characters continued through and connected in the books. I think Colleen needs to write a series about the Tuesday Ladies next.
Writers, man. They have overactive imaginations and are slightly manic with a deadline looming. Not that I'd know from personal experience or anything.
Anywho. Teddy certainly has the manic thing going once she settles into her writing groove. Good thing a mix-up with the rental agency lands Oscar in her orbit. Because that lady wouldn't have done half as well if she hadn't had him looking out for her when she couldn't look out for herself. (Which isn't to say she couldn't have looked out for herself, but DEADLINES, man. DEADLINES.)
As for Oscar, he's a sweetie. A slightly doubting sweetie when it comes to ghosts, but a sweetie all the same. Teddy is just what the good doctor needs to get over his former lady friend. Which sounds like Teddy's a rebound, but she isn't. She's just Teddy. And she makes Oscar appreciate everything life has to offer again.
On top of the budding romance, there's also a ghost. As one expects in Wicks Hollow, right? There's also a little danger. Again, as one expects. Throw in a few busybodies and a small town that knows everything in everyone's life and you've got a recipe for an exciting read.

I enjoyed this book as I have read the others in the series. The characters Oscar and Teddy are real to life, interesting and believable. I wish there was more of the ghostly presence as in the other books in the series, but the chemistry between the characters is wonderful and true to life. I love how other characters from the other books are introduced, but each has their own story, so even if you haven't read the others, you don't have to read the books in any particular order. Highly recommend reading if you are a fan of Colleen Gleason!!
