Excellent luggage!

We took the 24" and 28" suitcases on our vacation to Portugal and they survived wonderfully. Cobblestone streets and sidewalks, 3-story stairs in an historic guest house, 3-level stairs from one street to another below, 2 different airport transfers round trip, Lisbon subways, and regional trains. A few scrapes and scuffs but intact and waiting for the next adventure!

Moves nice but lost a wheel on first flight

Loved how easy it was to maneuver through the airports but I was disappointed to discover when we picked our luggage up after the first flight, one of the back casters was broken. Coolife offers a warranty but I don’t know how to contact them so I’m stuck with a relatively new 28” suitcase with three working wheels. I can’t replace the suitcase either to match the set, either. They don’t make them in that style anymore.

UPDATED: I planned to replace the broken wheel with a new one and discovered this is impossible to do with this suitcase brand and style. Most suitcases have a removable liner or a zipper that lets you access the shell for changing wheels but this suitcase has absolutely no way to get past the liner to unscrew the wheels. So I am stuck with a broken suitcase after one use that is “under warranty” but actually isn’t.

My husband and I travel often. Our old suitcases were not that old. However, they were heavy (when empty) and with the airlines so strict with their weight limits, we had to be careful with how we packed. Another problem we had was when claiming our bags the zipper tabs be missing. This made us look for better bags.
These bags have a hard shell, reinforced corners, eight wheels, open like a book, have a built-in lock for the zipper tabs and are a dream to roll and/or push.

Fantastic Hardside Luggage

After doing lots of homework and shopping around I decided on this Coolife white 3 piece set. With airlines being strict with size and weight hardside luggage has become a necessity. This set meets the airline linear dimension restrictions. Right out of the box they look really great! Quality is very impressive for the price point. The white color is not super bright, more gray white with a glossy finish. They have a dark blue clean lining with small item pockets. The TSA locks work very nicely and I had no issues resetting the combination. The set has two handles, top and side. They are made of soft touch silicone. Overall I’m very happy. Thanks Coolife.

For me, the mark of good luggage is whether it survives airline and cruise port baggage handlers. So far so good. Minor scratches, but held together nicely. No broken zippers or handles, no corners ripped off, no dents or lacerations. Very easy to roll around, which makes getting the large suitcase to and from the curb a breeze. Also very easy to overpack - have to watch the weight carefully if flying, especially since the suitcase alone is 1/5 of the allowable weight. If the luggage continues to perform well, then it deserve the five stars assigned.

luggage looks great, Arrived Fed Ex 3/8 because the package box had significant water damage, but the luggage box inside had no damage at all. Go on trip to mexico on 3/12 we'll see how it holds up.

These are such nice quality, they arrived in 3 days! Let’s see how well these hold up leaving the country. I’ll have to come back and edit my review here in 3 weeks.
UPDATE: they are nice and so easy to walk with because of the wheels but I don’t recommend white. They’re all scratched up. Still love them! Been on a 8 trips since I first got them and still going as strong as the first time.

This was my set of luggage I’ve owned. I purchased for a recent job training across United States needless to say I was IMPRESSED Of how well this luggage took a beating! The locks are great as well. I had multiple connections to and from flights there and back therefore the end results minor scratches from the luggage carousel etc. I’d definitely recommend this product!

Don't over pack

If you pack tightly, this luggage will not survive a trip, the weak point being the zipper will split off a track.

I had to buy a new carry on after my 2nd leg of a 3 leg itinerary, so it didn't last a trip.

The middle sized spinner zipper also broke before departure.

However, the large spinner did well. It had a TSA inspection and I am still using it.

I bought a different cheap large spinner from amka which literally started cracking apart at the plastic, it barely survived.

So... I will say this luggage will do a good job if you pack it correctly and not stuffed to the brim.
