Young and Against the Wall

Luke and Zora, young love that had an 8 year break before coming back together again. He was engaged at the time of their reunion but still in love with her, and she was hiding that she'd had their daughter 8 years ago instead of getting an abortion and never told anyone about it. Not too long after seeing one another again, Luke is cheating on his fiance for Zora and it's all bad. Not a fan of it even knowing their history but I will say I'm glad the author didn't make the fiance a terrible person to try and justify the cheating or make us feel sympathetic to Luke. Zora ran off pregnant so that Luke didn't kill his NFL dreams to stay and be a father and struggle with her. It sucks because they'd put up with a bunch of racism and abuse to be together as kids only to be separated by someone urging Zora not to be selfish.
Editor is needed. I didn't like all of the flashbacks, I felt they took away from the story otherwise.
