Great for you, High in protein

I can say that 6 months ago I was not a fan of nut or Almonds. At 287lbs and 6' tall I decided to try intermitten fasting. 16 hrs fasting with water and 8 hrs eating. To break my fast I began eating almonds. I really love these almonds and 3 months later I am dowm to 227 and enjoying life again. I eat these almonds all the time during my 8 hr eating window.
