I can't give a five-star rating, as I quickly picked up a major aspect of the plot, but there were real twists that I am impressed by. This is worthy of a read, as the characters are well-developed, the pacing is good, and I was flummoxed by some of the aspects. I am pretty pleased by this novel, despite catching on to something early on. It is a good read, as noted in the title of my review.
Sidenote: PLEASE TAKE STALKING SERIOUSLY! I (long ago, age 20) was stalked and went to the police about it after the second letter. I used gloves and bagged the next two, and the military police got his fingerprints, and then arrested the stalker. I was not his first victim. He made threats to scare me, as that is part of the thrill for them. But, I got him by going to the police and not contaminating the evidence. Stay safe, please, and go to the police. My stalker's actions with me sealed his fate, and he was put in jail. His other victims were able to finally see justice done, as well, so I am more than pleased by that. You are not alone, it's serious, and could truly end very badly if you don't take action. My heart goes out to those suffering now, past, and sadly, future. But you can see it through with a little help, some gloves and police investigation. My best to all, and I thank you for reading my message.
