10 completely different horror stories

I don't normally read short stories, and definitely not 10 in a row. This book was a nice departure for me. Each story had me on edge waiting for what would happen. For the most part they would all make great full length novels, or even movies (if not already done). The only book I was not a fan of was the one about the novelist. The pretentious and British writing style threw me off and I couldn't get into it. I read this complete book in a few hours over two days so definitely a quick read. I wasn't scared off my rocker, but it held my interest. No goriness in case you are interested so I'd call this PG for horror. I'd recommend.

I gave up after the 6th one. They just weren't getting any better. Lots of cliches to try and gross you out like slimy walls and the usual with no real story content. I was surprised because the book has good reviews. The writers need to read something like Clive Barker's Books Of Blood or other master short storytellers to get an idea. But just my humble opinion. I really hate leaving poor reviews, but tired of my time being wasted on stories that don't deliver

When I first started reading the first story I thought if all the stories of this good then OMG this is going to be a good book. Then I started the second story and then the third one it is if they just keep getting better there was one story however I couldn’t finish I won’t say which one but I don’t want to influence anyone but OMG you should know it when you read it. Other than that this book was awesome!
