Well I've written honest stuff before, people here know if they see my history online I try to help people out, as reviews should do. I am usually only very impressed or markedly satisfied with the way my needs have been satisfied or wretchedly disappointed, always mindful of being fair to not help cripple a company with undue malice. Well, here's some truth bombs for you. This company sets a higher bar. They earned their place among the highest of the top ten headphones lists. The bar they set is for sound, quality vs price, above and beyond even for the new world of Amazon online stores type customer service, and for general utilitarian thought and calculation from how they manage each step of making a headphone to dealing with customers like me. Oonv story short, I fell in love with the e7 pro. I was clumsy and it hit a couple vulnerable spots on the headphone where it was durable enough for the price but just bad luck on my end. They contacted me about how they could help, they were happy to forego the shipping issued involved with returns and they gave me a coupon for some new se7s. I have never been treated like this before and cowin, people here know I don't kiss ass or write undue praise, but you and your team over their are gonna make a big name as a supplier of high end quality at budget to mid-range price. That is not an easy corner of the market to own like you have, so thank you and keep it up, I look forward to continuing this relationship years down the road.
