How customer reviews and ratings work

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

5.0 out of 5 starsAnother great story!
Reviewed in the United States on February 26, 2019
I have been there from the beginning, devouring every story in the Masters and Mercenaries series and their offshoots. Waiting patiently on the next installment of what these characters are up to. This new book didn’t disappoint! Owen is one of the lost boys that had their memories erased by Hope McDonald. And this is his story.

This story follows Dr. Rebecca Walsh who used to work with Dr. McDonald. They want to see if she helped to wipe the lost boys memories or if she may be the key to help them find a way to reverse what was done to them.

This story is filled with suspense, tender moments and many twists. Whether you have read another book in the series or not, there is enough backstory to be able to read this one. For me it was another hit and I can’t wait for the next story!

LOST AND FOUND Book 2
Lexi Blake
Owen and Becca get stuck in an elevator in their building. He's moving in so he can keep an eye on her. She worked with the scientist who erased his life and they need more data. She was a genius who finished med school in her early 20s. She is worried about discrepancies in the books, so takes copies so she can take a closer look that evening. Hot sex is unexpected but he manages to steal the folder from her tote. At work it suddenly feels like she is under observation. Things heat up. He discovers she is being set up to look like an embezzler. He keeps lying to her even as he falls more and more. She's worried that she has a stalker but it might be her ex. Good people.

3.0 out of 5 stars I had hard time with this one

Usually I finish anything with a Taggart storyline in one evening. This book took almost 3 because I'm really, really turned off by Levi. He never gets any consequences and yet his hand is in every cookie jar. I'm glad answers are getting closer. I'm thrilled Owen and Becca are together and as always the sex scenes are hot and the espionage is such a tangled wave, I honestly dont know how the author keeps so many twist straight in her head. Hearing about Theo and Erin, and update on them was awesome. Please give Levi his walking papers and have him fall prey to his own trap....preferably a noose that leaves no doubt his neck is broken and he cant fake his death to ruin anymore lives. I gave this a 3 simply because of my irritation with one character, I still will finish out the series, and the ones that connect to it. I'm too invested in this group of sexy, misfit, dominant heroes not to. And, it's one series where the women are just as, if not more bada.. as the men. No wilting weak women here

I liked the book alright. It wasn’t as good as some of the others in the series.

3.0 out of 5 stars There is more to Dr. Rebecca Walsh then meets the eye.......
Reviewed in the United States on February 28, 2019
Okay lets get this out of the way...yes I know I am in the minority when it comes to this book. While everyone else seems to love it I liked it, I just couldn't feel the chemistry and for me that is a big thing. Yes the book was HOT don't get me wrong about that it's just that I didn't feel the need seeping from their pours to be with one another. Does that make sense to you?

Owen is one of the "Lost Boys" who lost their memory to the evil Dr. Hope McDonald, on some fronts he's had it worse because he turned on his team in order to save his family but they were killed anyway, this happened in Submission is Not Enough but if you didn't read it no worries this book will fill you in on enough events you wont feel lost, so now he feels as if his team doesn't trust him and he also feels immense guilt over it. I like Owen and understand where he is coming from with some of his actions but not all.

Dr. Rebecca "Becca" Walsh is a genius who will fall under some stereotypes of the brainiac but not all. She is not buttoned up and prissy she is a very sensual person that enjoys sex and lots of it, especially with her hot Scottish new neighbor. SHE is naive though and we learn exactly what happened with her when she was working with Dr. McDonald and some of Tucker's past comes out.

Becca and Owen work well together but once again I just didn't feel that deep desire I enjoy especially in a D/s relationship. I am definitely enjoying this series and I look forward to seeing the rest of the "Lost Boys" find their HEAs but the story I am most interested in has to be Tucker's, I cannot wait to find out the true story of Dr. Razor. Happy Reading!!!

This series, an offshoot of Masters and Mercenaries, is beginning to read the same. Different characters, very similar personalities. Female lead who might or might not be a bad person or who holds information/secrets the good guys require so they (the Taggart Team newbies) set her up to determine which. In the end, she requires rescuing and turns out she's one of the good guys, betrayed by the Dom--those scenes too are quite repetitive--and has to forgive him when he grovels. Yes, it's the typical romance plot but without originality and I was disappointed. Enough that I didn't preorder the next in the series. The three stars are because it's well written and edited, as usual with this author.
