Diet foods & diets don't work for me. But to quit eating at 5pm until the next morning at 7am or 8am has helped me become trimmer in my waist line. So your eating window is from 7:30 until 5pm. This gives your body over 14 hours to burn it's own fat. Work this schedule everyday. 2 months my clothes are loose. I walk uphill for muscle strength. I feel so much better. My neck looks better, no more back problems.
