Organization-some great tips--but how does murder figure in-unbeleivably good read

This is the second book I have read by Ritter Ames in the Organized Mysteries series. The first Organized for Scheduled Sabotage was full of great ideas on how to organize and how to refurbish old items interspersed within the story line. This one gives lots of really helpful advice on how to pack up a house and generally declutter. I will be taking some of this advice on getting rid of or storing some of the clutter that surrounds me in my apartment! I would like to mention that all the books I have read can be read as stand alone.
The husband and wife are divorcing--he is moving with two of the children to California from the small town but very large house they live in. The wife is moving into a condo with the oldest daughter somewhere in the general region so the girl can finish high school and continue with her sports plan.
The husband hires Kate to organize the move for them---She, with the help of her friend start this massive job. Of course the Real Estate agents are trying to get in ahead of time being a general pain. Then the unthinkable happens-Kate had to return after a hard days work because her friend left her cell phone in the kitchen. As they were about to walk in--a body fell from an upstairs window! The oldest daughter was accused--but Kate knew she did not do this and with the help of her friend proceeded to try to prove the girl's innocence.
There were quite a number of people who could have done it---Was Kate able to figure out the real culprit? You will be as surprised as I was at who it was!
