We LOVE the Red Copper 5 minute chef

We have had this for less than a week and have used it almost everyday. The first thing we made was chocolate cake with caramel Milky Ways in the middle... yum! Then the next morning we all had an omelet. My husband is the one who has really been using the 5 minute chef making apple pie and hashbrowns. Hashbrowns does take more than 5 minutes (almost everything else was right at 5 minutes) I think he did 15 minutes for each. If you read the recipe book that comes with it, it says to use fresh grated potatoes, which we did, or dehydrated potatoes. Frozen will take a really long time. I won't be surprised if my husband asked me to order another one so he can cook more twice as fast. Clean up is super easy because nothing sticks. We used a little oil when doing the hashbrowns. We can't wait to experiment with more dishes.
