Perfect Jeans for Older Men Looking for Perfect Jeans

I bought these jeans for my husband, who, as he has aged, developed a body of a "mature"man. He loves the flex waistband and the comfort of a relaxed jean fit. These jeans look very nice on him, they do not sag, wash well with no shrinkage and, I well add again, look very nice on him. I highly recommend purchasing these jeans for your mature man!

If They Don't Fit Nothing Else Matters

I have a 34" waist. I tried on a pair of Wrangles in a store. The 34" fit was just right but them being 100% cotton I knew they would shrink over time, even if never washed in hot water. I ordered these 34s with a flex waist thinking they would be just the thing. Wrong, they are marked 34 but larger than my old 36's that have shrunk. You may get lucky and the size of the jeans may actually be the size on the label. No matter what Amazon says it's a pain the the ass to send items back but I can't wear them. The one star is based strictly on fit. If they don't fit nothing else matters.

I'm so frustrated by the lack of standardization in the sizes of men's clothes. I can understand different brands fitting differently but a regular straight fit should fit the same across the product line.

Comfortable not durable

I will keep this short and sweet. I work in industrial environment and with new relaxed dress code I went jeans from dress pants. These pants are awesome for comfort. They feel like sleep pajama comfy for stretch fit. Not overly baggy anywhere and not leg huggers. I knew i wasnt a 42 and got 44 and they fit perfect. So be honest sizing and hey have some wiggle.

The rub though is ive had them in 2 washes in these and less then a 3 weeks wearing 3 i bought and already 2 have damage and pulled fabric like you get with shirts. Real bummer. So something to consider....if you need to do anything outside of desk work...not for you.

Was looking for Wrangler Relaxed Fit jeans but couldn't find them on Amazon (or anywhere else but Wrangler's website, which malfunctioned every time I tried to purchase). So I ordered these, in the exact size I've worn for years. They're WAY too big in the waist! The difference is so ridiculous that I have no idea which size to order instead. They look like they'd be very comfortable if I was able to find the right size.

We've purchased these jeans in Wal-Mart several times so we knew what to order, and specifically to order the relaxed fit. When my husband put these on, he could barely pull them up his thighs because they were so right. He said they felt more like a regular fit, or slim fit in the leg. Once he got the pulled up, the waist was fine but again snug in the hips. He thinks once he wears them for a few days, they'll loosen up, but they're already supposed to be loose in the thigh area. Disappointed in these.

RELAXED FIT is a specific description for a specific pair of Wrangler jeans. While this pair fits reasonably well, it does not fit perfectly, as a genuine pair of Wrangler Relaxed Fit jeans does. You need to be much more careful to correctly describe these products, as Wrangler makes so many different jeans, and most men know EXACTLY which pair fits them best. If is not WRANGLER Relaxed Fit, don't say that it is!

They smell like moldy burlap

I've bought these before, so I don't understand why this happened, but they smell terrible and they have stunk up my whole load of other clothes. They smell like moldy burlap. I've washed them 3 times and they still smell. Not sure if it was how they were stored or what. But, the most troubling thing is that if I wash anything with them, everything smells like moldy burlap in that load.

The picture of the promotional color and the identifier of these jeans are not accurate. This jean is not a "stonewashed" blue at all; it's a medium to darker blue. This is the 6th set of these pants I've ordered. Each time I've looked at the color when ordering and thought, wow, a real stonewash. And then the pants come and I think, fooled again. PLEASE CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE PICTURE ASSOCIATED WITH THESE JEANS, BECAUSE IT IS NOT THE COLOR OF THE PRODUCT AS SOLD. PLEASE DON'T DESCRIBE THEM AS "STONEWASHED." Next time when I order the product, I won't be lulled into thinking its actually stonewash. Stonewash is a very, very light blue/gray, not a variation on navy. Thank you

It's been forever since I've bought bluejeans, never online. As my waist has grown significantly I tripled checked my waist and inseam length. I easily could have ordered two inches smaller waist. These jeans just swallow me. Without a belt they literally fall off me. They're a good 3+ inches too long as well. I cannot return them so I am going to have to have them altered. I would give them 4 stars (for comfort) if not for the sizing being so off

I bought 2 pair of these jeans at 58x30 and although measurements were right, they were way too big. When I ordered the same 2 pair sized 56x30, one pair fit just fine and the pair in this color was too large and although it was labeled 56x30, they appeared to be the same size as the 58x30.

The sizes do not conform to the tags, they run 2 inches large. If you wear a 40 W, you better order a 38 W, it might fit. Inseam lengths are not consistent. I have purchased three pair trying to get the right fit, still no luck ! I guess since they are cheap you get what you pay for. I would not order any more of these.

The color shipped and in my picture is not a LIGHT stonewashed color. Compare my picture to the picture on the Amazon site. Light stonewashed have almost no dark blue tint. Three stars because as with a lot of things Amazon does there is no way to make a complaint and just receive an adjustment. Went to Macy's and bought the right color for same price.
