Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The model takes into account factors including the age of a rating, whether the ratings are from verified purchasers, and factors that establish reviewer trustworthiness.
To me it is useless. A completely useless index which is all important IMHO. Nothing stands out as how to use functions such as SUM. SUMIF is not in the index as well as IF. This is not for dummies and not for beginners. Seems offhand to be a book for college students taking economics or MBA students who may need fancy presentations creations. Very disappointed and am buying another Excel book for dummies in hopes that perhaps I can learn from it and refer to functions/formulas fast.
