I read this book in about one hour. The title implied to me that there would be 10 exercises for overall health (e.g. pushups, pull-ups, squats, etc.). Instead, the author reviewed several exercises, which are very important to muscle symmetry and overall kinesthetic balance. While that was fine, the title of this book was misleading as there were many more than 10 exercises which were reviewed. If you are looking for guidance to improve your posture, prevent plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff problems, etc., this is a fine book. If, however, you are expecting to have 10 muscle-building exercises reviewed, look elsewhere.
