Makes solo brake bleeding a little less frustrating

This is a pretty simple little product - it's essentially a plastic bottle with a hose, vent, and magnet. It's not going to make your wildest brake-bleeding dreams come true.

But does it help when bleeding brakes by yourself? Absolutely.

I was able to stick this bottle onto a metal surface (brake disc, truck frame, etc) securely and proceed with bleeding my brakes, without worrying that the bottle would fall over while I was in the cab pumping the brakes.

You'll still need to manually pump the brake pedal and leave a heavy object on it (to simulate a "friend" holding down the pedal) while you run out and crack open the bleeder valve. This is not a miracle bleeding kit, but it helps make the job less frustrating and is worth the investment.

I bought this product because I was looking for a brake bleeder kit that will let one person bleed the brakes. That would mean that the kit has a check valve or a pump included. This kit only included a plastic bottle, a piece of tubing, and a cable for hanging the bottle. There is NO WAY that the brakes can be bled by one person! I got a $17.00 plastic bottle!

My first-time flush job was slightly intimidating on the brake system of my MINI Cooper.

I watched a few YouTube videos, ordered up a power bleeder, and finished off the purchases with buying this bleeder bottle. Yes, you can use a soda bottle and stick in the cap, a piece of aquarium hose for the job but I'm doing my best with 'Keeping it pro!', hahaha!

The bottle has a built-in magnet that makes attaching the bottle to any metal surface, easier while doing the job. (after this photo, I attached the bottle to only the suspension arm.)

The bottle is a great addition to the rest of the tools needed for performing a proper brake system flush/bleed.

just what I was looking for, the pictures are a bit misleading though, there's a hole in the top for the hose, do not attach the hose to the vent as shown in the pics, slide it into the bottle through the hole far enough so that it goes into new brake fluid that you need to fill the bottle with at least 1/3 from the bottom, used the cable at my Ford Escape's back wheels, and the strong magnet to hold the bottle up at the front wheels, it's an easy and clean way to bleed brakes

First time I did a brake fluid flush. This kit was exactly what I needed to get the job done. The magnet was great, you can hang the bottle on any metal part, and it was strong did not worry about it falling. The only part I did not like was the tube connected to the cap, I would prefer if you can stick it in the bottle. I ended up not using the cap and sticking the tube in the bottle, which I filled up a little with some of the brake fluid I drained from the reservoir to prevent air going back up into the brake line. About 8-10 brake pumps and the fluid came out clear, refill the reservoir and go to next brake line. I used furthest to closest brake line method but you can use closest to furthest as either is fine. Great kit, highly recommended.

Simple and efficient for one man or two brake fluid jobs

Used this tool to flush the brake fluid in my 2001 Dodge Ram and my 2016 Honda Pilot. Tubing fit the bleeder valves well. Did not need additional tension to hold it on the bleeder valve. Magnet was strong enough to hold the bottle near capacity but I still put a bucket under it. Didn’t want to risk it. I did not try using the wire to hold it so I can’t speak to that.

Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend to anyone considering flushing their brake fluid. Either by themselves or with a helper.

The cable and magnet were very nice to have to hold the bottle in the correct position. It worked well. What I think could be improved were after a few uses the end of the tube didn’t seal quite as well as the first and the part that the tube plugs into for “storage” or to move to the next fitting the tube didn’t stay on it. But the construction is great quality and I would definitely recommend it.

Just what you need for bleeding brakes

I purchased this particular bottle because of the magnet mounted on the bottle. This helps keep the bottle in place while bleeding, an I use the lanyard as a backup for the magnet. So far it has not let me down. If you bleed brakes by yourself, this is just what you need.
