Top critical review
Nothing but frustration and regret.

I hate to give 1 star reviews, especially when I feel like my dissatisfaction is partially my fault. Not this time though, because this is absolutely the worst monitor mount I have ever used. To be fair, I should have believed the negative reviews and gone with something else. I looked and looked though and it really seemed like this was the best option. So, assume those reviewers don't know what they're doing and order anyway.
*The one positive thing I have to say about this is that it can support as much weight as they claim (and more).
Now that's out of the way....
This cannot be used AT ALL is if your desk has something behind it. It doesn't matter what size monitors you have, in what combination, it literally won't work if there is something behind your desk. It's not just that you can't get two monitors next to each other, but you won't be able to get the viewing angle right because there's only 180° of motion at the end, so if the arm is flat against the wall it's already turned to the max. Sure, you can move one of the arms in a bit, bit there's one little issue with that, THEY DONT STAY PUT. So if you have two monitors that aren't touching they will slowly move out if position. You can sort of tighten the joints but they end up coming loose again after a while. Another reason is because lowering the monitor puts it farther away, making an adjustment for proper positioning even more impossible.
If I were smart, I would've returned it immediately. Unfortunately, I "know better" and attempted all sorts of things in attempt to make it work for me. Short of pulling the desk away from the wall there's no solution. I've honestly never regretted another purchase more than this one, and I once bought a used Subaru with a 'custom exhaust'.
If you have space behind your desk, then sure, buy something like this, but not this. There are plenty more out there with far more range of motion.
If you don't have room behind your desk, like your desk is against a wall, don't buy it. It won't work.
That said, I have a great used dual monitor stand if anyone is interested
