Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Absolute must have if you work in boots for long periods of time . Myself 4 -12 hour shifts and these socks keep the back of my feet from getting blisters also thick but breathable and dont cause alot of sweat. Which also means feet dont stink after a long day.
I am very very hard on socks- and these socks are comfortable and very durable. I was getting blisters with some lower quality socks before I tried these- so I can safely recommend these for any sort of serious sock use! :)
These Toes&Feet Men's Full Padded Anti Blister Ankle Athletic Running Socks work well for me, as a woman who wears a size 10 shoe.
These are ankle length socks with cushioning where you need it and compression where you need and it all adds up to wonderful socks that really do prevent rubbing and blisters. The compression keeps the socks from slipping and keeps my feet feeling energized after walking all day and the padding is the best I have found for preventing rubbing on my ankles, a problem I often have with athletic shoes since I have a very narrow foot and heels.
I got the yellow and it's a bright, school bus yellow with deep teal accent colors. It doesn't really go with my running shoes so I will be ordering the red and white, which still doesn't really go but will be better. If the manufacturer is reading this, it would be awesome if you offered these socks in solid colors.
Long walks on the beach? A hike down Michigan Avenue? A climb up a skyscraper?
These socks are for walking and running. The serious runners among you shopping know what that means. For those new to the idea, these socks (and their other branded peers) are stitched to conform to each foot, right and left, uniquely so as to manage friction and moisture.
They are loud, but they aren't a fashion statement, are they?
They run big and these socks are meant to be snug, so know that. They are thicker than I'll want in summer, but now, in the late of winter, I don't mind.
They are over-the-ankle. As I see it, this is good for ankle biting insects.
So for those among you tired of ankle-biting insects (and who loves them?), with feet bigger than your shoe size, who prefer thicker socks which are visually loud, take these into consideration.
I like these a lot. Actually, both of us did, so we split them 1 pair each. The size range worked fine for both of us. He's a 10ish and I'm a women's 8.5ish.
These are pretty thick socks. Very firm. Very good support.
The hell is reinforced, but compared to the rest of the sock it feels slightly less thick. I'm assumed because it's not ribbed like the rest.
While the blue sections all over the sock are not raised or any different feeling, the geometric section at the back of the ankle IS quilted and is a very nice padding to prevent blisters or rub spots.
I admit I'm not a runner, but I have foot issues due to diabetes, so socks are something I pay attention to and look for good supportive ones. They're very nearly compression socks. I don't know if that's good for runners, but it is for diabetics. Plus, I can use them with a sock assist. They're not easy, but that should be expected for such as these.
It's a 5 star for me, and he says they're great for power walkers, too.
