I heard a lot of platitudes and generalities, some conceptually inaccurate psychological theories, and the promotion of their grossly over-simplified personality test. In their "research," they consistently conflated correlation with causation. It seemed that whenever they got around to suggesting anything concrete, they inevitably put in a marketing plug. I know many authors do this, but I was left with the impression that marketing was the primary reason for publishing this book.
