A good sequel brought down by really bad copy-edit

Well, the book was worth the money spent. However, I didn't feel the pipe-run was as interesting as the events of the previous book, which had more agency from Gary and more interesting dialogue. The premise of this book didn't really support those -- any action other than solving the cause of the zombie plague needed constant explanation, which really undermined the fact that "going against the grain" was the best part of the first book.
As far as the book as a publication goes, I understand that whatever the reasons why the book, they should have pushed it forward even more. Not only were there numerous quotation marks missing (making the story hard to follow), but at times text from earlier chapters had been copy pasted in the middle of later chapters. At times I was also unsure who exactly was speaking or who were present in the room. I hope these things will be fixed for later readers.
