I received a copy of the book from someone who assisted with the research and asked me to review it. I read often and my last few books, (including ones that I am reading now) exceeded 400 pages. This book at 69 pages could be read in an hour and was elevated to the top of the reading queue.
I found the book had great insights into the myths, advantages, and tips on intermittent fasting.
I was especially interested in why results for men were different for women; it appears the more emotional triggers women experience interfere with the fasting process. I found the short read engaging and informative. I especially like the free bonus materials in the back of the book. After reading the book, I felt like I had enough information to get started.
Given all that I have been through in 2020, I am willing to give my body and mind any help I can to get back on track for healthy living -- hopefully using methods in the book will help jump start my mid-year resolution.
