Poor Product but Good Customer Service

I ordered a 5/6 black robe for my son. It arrived two weeks sooner than expected. I washed and dried it immediately. That night, after his bath, he put on the robe. After drying with it, he was covered it little black fuzz from the terry cloth. The next morning, I washed the robe again hoping to get rid of the fuzz but instead of putting it in the dryer, I hung it on the clothesline. As I was pinning it to the line, I noticed that the hood had separated from the robe about two inches across. After it was dry, I noticed that belt, which is sewn onto the robe, had split and exposed the elastic. I decided to return the robe. Because it was not sold by Amazon (grrr), I had to contact the seller who is located in the U.K. Due to high shipping costs, they offered to refund half the price of the robe and suggested that I try to fix the seams. Although it wasn't ideal, I agreed. Surprisingly, they emailed again, apologized, and refunded me the full amount. I did sew up the seams but the fraying around the bottom and the overall quality makes me think we'll be ordering a new robe in the near future.
