I was an instant fan of Sarah's from her first cookbook. Once again, Sarah has compiled a thoughtful cookbook for anyone who wants to cook real food using real ingredients...but doesn't have hours upon hours to slave away doing so in the kitchen. Sarah's signature style makes it easy - she gives you tips and tricks along the way, including many mentions of ingredient substitutions and ways to tweak the recipes to suit your individual taste. What's awesome about this cookbook is that she's also teaching you the lifestyle to go along with the recipes - so not only do you have a new repertoire of things to make but you're learning how to "keep it up" in your daily life so it's less about "eating healthy" and more about enjoying what you're eating and the process you take in getting there. Need additional encouragement/more ideas? Sarah's got a super-approachable blog, website, and more to help you. Sarah's like your best friend who knows how to do this right - and she's got your back and wants to help. If you're even sort of interested in eating healthier but not about making it super complicated, this cookbook won't disappoint.
