It was good, but a bit overwhelming

The book was good but a bit overwhelming with all the details. I skipped over a lot of parts towards the end because they don't apply to me. The book seemed to be centered mostly on panic attacks and not as much on the other facets mentioned in the title and sub title of the book. I disagreed with some of the methods she suggested, but I did find a few useful things in identifying my anxiety and depression.
If panic attacks are what you're looking for specific help on, I recommend the book to you. But if you're looking for general (not quite so detailed) help with anxiety and depression, keep looking for another book.
