I have had nothing but problems!! It has stopped sending emails and will not allow me to open text. I am constantly having to resinc it. I was on the phone over two hours yesterday. I called the warranty company. They did everything then transfer me to Fitbit who did the same things and in the end it was worst than when I started. They gave me a reference number when I ask why I had they they said incase I wanted to call again. When I ask what were they going to do to get it fixed I was told "just try it now and again to see if it was working". This was told to be by representative Diann. I ask to speak to a supervisor which put me on hold again. When someone named Kelly answered she wanted to go through what two people had already done for over an hour. When I told her that she said well that's what she does . When I ask to speak to her supervisor she said they do not talk to people!! I bought this in late September 2019. Now although I bought the additional 2 year warranty NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!
