Ordered the Bumpboxx along with this extra protection from Asurion. My Bumboxx stopped working properly I contacted Asurion and within minutes they sent me a label to return the item. They kept me updated from the time they received it, to when they diagnosed it, to let me know they are waiting on the part to fix it, and finally they sent me a message stating they couldn't repair the item and reimbursed me the amount (minus shipping). I was amazed at the swiftness of the whole process, and even more impressed at how they kept me posted every step of the way. I ended up reordering the product and you beat believe I paid the extra to repurchase this and protect my investment. I would definitely recommend purchasing this for peace of mind in knowing your item is protected.

There is an old saying about insurance policies: the large print gives and the small print takes away. After struggling my way through the fine print, I decided the coverage was basically worthless and I cancelled the two contracts I had bought. I won't ever buy a service contract from this company again.

With all the 30+ policies I have purchased over the last 10 years totaling in the Hundred$ of dollars, I thought that maybe, they would have a link to follow or a form that would have auto-filled my form (they have the info - or should) with the requested info.
They had none of that, nor the care to respond in an email to see if I needed help.
My opinion of them has lowered substantially and I will think very hard before I hit the ADD NOW button.

The sad part is, many people will hit the buy now button - never knowing just what they are buying. And the rich just keep marching on.

I am pretty sure I am like most of us - and we don't file false claims and just want the problem to be corrected (that is why I bought the policy for in the 1st place) for the coverage we bought it for.

They stated that they would direct you to the MFG. in cases of "still in warranty" issues...
They did do that, with an auto generated email with no specific MFG info listed for my device.
I could have saved the time and effort - by just doing that myself.
No help and a waste of my time.

My expectations are (were) not too high for a company with the tech skill they have available to them - should they wish to actually help their customers.
I am sorry to have to write such a bad review on a company I thought I liked. *I guess it is - was a one-way relationship.

The most unorganized extended warranty company I’ve ever dealt with! Lack of communication, inexperienced service technicians and sheer incompetence is the only statement I can give. I purchased the extended warranty along with a refurbished Vizio surroundsound system. The original manufactures warranty had already expired and that’s why Amazon offers the warranty option to it’s customers. ASURION seemed unqualified to provide repairs to electronics so they returned my item WITHOUT servicing it. No notification. Simply shipped it back to me. Amazon accepted the item back even though my return date expired, and they gave me a full refund! Thank you AMAZON !❣️

I purchased a warranty from Asurion for a Sharp microwave oven. The unit failed after 13 months. Asurion verified the claim and stated a refund should be issued. After THREE telephone calls over a 3 week period, no refund has been issued. BE CAREFUL IN PURCHASING WARRANTIES FROM ASURION.

I have purchased Asurion protection plans for several devices, now. I have only had to use it one time and it was very worth buying. If your product can't be repaired in a reasonable amount of time, your product purchase price is promptly refunded. The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is no option to pay for faster shipping of the device from you to repair. That would have cut my down time by 1/4.
