So I ordered a dual portable DVD player for the car and got this warranty (as they never seem too last long). Well this time it didn't last because the screen got cracked, which is not covered under the manufacturer warranty. I went to Asurion's website, filed my claim, printed my free mailing label, returned the cracked player, and received a credit on my amazon account. Also had to ask a question in chat (wasn't sure if they wanted all the accessories, etc) and they were easy to communicate with. Would definitely order a warranty through Asurion again.
