Useless and horrible service

I purchased a refurbished MacBook in October 2019 and purchased a 4 year warranty (this product). In march 2020, the charger/adapter broke - so I search for this warranty information. i went to the website to start a claim, but the website throws errors "Something went wrong...". I then call the number, get a representative, who collects all the info and tells me to hold. After 20 minutes of music playing, another representative comes and talks to me like this is afresh call. Same thing, she collects all the info again from me and tells me to hold. After about 10 minutes - I hear back the main menu message - like I just dialed in. not sure how to get any assistance.
