Arlo Pro 2 camera not working

I bought the 3 year electronic's protection plan for my Arlo cameras in November. One of the cameras will not charge and I need to get a replacement. I have tried to submit a claim but no one is getting back to me, its been over a week. The process to do this is not clear and extremely frustrating. I do not need to entire system to be replaced just one camera. Your help would be appreciated.
