what i don't understand, i order this protection plan , but then the item i bought , fit bit ,which don't even have a deliver date and i have to wait for fit bit. so what is the point, I'm just suppose to be protecting THIN AIR. WHAT the hell so stupid. i don't have a product yet to have protection cover for good hell ugh. And blank estimated arrival dates what a joke seriously ??????????!!!!!8z
the product you buy is covered by a manufacturer warranty for the first year. this extends that but less than one additional year because you recieve it before you will recieve the item. covers less than 365 days, after the manufacturer's expires.
I have a very active child that always needs insurance on his electronics. I purchased this for a pair of Samsung AKG headphones that I purchased for him for his birthday. He recently tells me that they are cracked and needs to be repaired. I contacted Asurion per the instructions. The response I received is that they will send me out a replacement pair that is supposed to be equal or better than the Samsung headphones I purchased. The options that I was given was not even worth my time or even the cost. I just cannot justify the fact that I spent the price for the Headphones and this insurance when it does not actually work.
i was confused at first with how to use this warranty protection plan because this is the first time i had ever purchased warranty for any expensive product that i've bought. i emailed the company and they told me not to worry, and that there was no registration necessary in order to activate my warranty. once i've purchased it with my product, it is automatically covered. thank you for clarifying my questions with ease!
Completed form, denied as they claim I should contact Sony for warranty coverage as earbuds are only 2 weeks old. Apparently got a little wet hiking in the rain, am sure Sony will deny warranty, this Asurion policy was supposed to cover accidents & spills. You pay for these things and they expect to wear you down by denying reimbursement, not worth the time fighting for it.
I had an issue with one of the products that I chose to cover by ASURION, and they honored their plan, so much that I purchased another plan. Asurion is for sure my option of coverage on my products that I purchased. Trust me, it is necessary to cover you high cost items, just in case something goes wrong, and the 1 year warranty that comes with the item just happen to expire.
