29 June 2020; Purchased the insurance for a bookbag/lunchbox combo. The lining of the lunchbox begin coming out.
On 24 August 2020 at 7:00 A.M. contacted company at Asurion.com/Amazon; at 7:02 A.M. they sent a verification code. At 7:08 Asurion sent by email an Amazon gift card for the full amount of the purchase with instruction on how to add the gift to my Amazon account. That is great customer service.
