I returned my malfunctioning Akaso digital camera - process was easy enough. Quick reply but the amount of the gift card issued was WAY less than the replacement cost. I was unhappy and disappointed. I contacted customer support and spoke with a cheerful rep and submitted the receipts for my camera and warranty coverage. I was SO SKEPTICAL! I figured I'd get a sob story - to my great surprise and appreciation Asurion Protection stepped up and within 18 hours or so I received another gift card that covered the entire cost of my replacement purchase. I will DEFINATELY be adding Asurion Product Protection to my new camera.

Waste of money.

What a rip off. Don't include this crap with your order. I payed for this on an action camera because it was off brand and I new it was gonna be taking a beating. When it finally does have issues and I try to claim, Asurion says they don't even cover that brand of action cam. Amazon offered the protection plan when I put the camera in my cart. And I added it and payed for it, but no, can't claim anything. Just a waste of money.

Fun! Fun! Fun! This was a quick easy breezy lighthearted story that put a huge smile on my face! This is the second book I’ve read this week that took place on a cruise ship, makes me want to go on another cruise! This is the fifth book in the “Oceanic” series, but each book is written by a different author so they can definitely be read as standalones. The perfect book to pack in your beach bag for a lazy afternoon read in the sun.

Francie has landed herself a gig as a private detective. Her new client Danielle has hired her to go on a weeklong cruise and keep an eye on her fiancé, who she thinks is up to no good. Big red flag here! If you need to hire someone to keep tabs on your fiancé during his bachelor party/vacation, perhaps you should not marry him? Just a thought! Danielle true to form was a neurotic bridezilla with a huge obsession with texting and needing to know everything at all times day and night. Really liked Francie and felt for her having to deal with Danielle. The bachelors were all great, can’t see what the groom saw in the bride, but that’s another story. Loved the romance that sparked between Francie and the bestman. There was a lot of fun and sun packed into this little gem of a book!

The lens adopter I ordered was a Canon lens to a mirrorless Sony body. This is exactly is was given in the sales description, to fit a Canon lens, with an adopter to a Sony mirrorless camera body. The Canon lens fit well to the adopter, quite well and easily, but the side of the adopter going into the Sony body didn't work. When matching the white dot of the lens to the white dot of the camera and turn clockwise quarter turn (of a circle) it will give a click. With this adopter may be it turned about 1/8th of a turn or less, and that's it, and it didn't turn any more, and the lens did not do a quarter turn, and engaged with the camera with a click.

Not easy to file claim

Saw the review say easy to claim but it wasn’t! Filled up all the information and then it keep showing agent have to chat with me but no one available it been like this for many times. Is not friendly at all!!! Not easy to claim too!!! I may have to switch to square trade claim with no issue. But that’s the option show at the products. Amazon you may have to consider to change it insure company for easy claiming process.
