Top critical review
You get some good, some bad. Not a bad buy, but not the quality I expected if being honest.

First, I'd like to note if getting this as a gift, open in advance (no seal to break) and gently wash and check the toys for dirt and Mark's. Two of the toys had some weird brown and black paint like scuffs that came out after scrubbing off in hot water. A mom will want to sanitize anything she gets of course, but I found the scuffs and debris from (I guess the factory) to be off putting had I been given this a gift. Might have wondered if it was actually new especially as the tag is empty inside and not really matching the packaging and seems very general description.
With that set aside I was pleased for the most part on the toys. A few of my favorites to mention, would be the blue elephant with the rainbow colored rings in the middle. It makes a satisfying sound when twisted (for the babies, at least my 4 month old gets excited when hearing it) and seems well put together and better plastic than most. The next would be the moon toy with the multi colored balls in the clear tube that rounds the opposite side, seems decent quality plastic and detail and overall good weight too it with a cute star button that is spring loaded properly for pushing without getting stuck or feeling cheap. One of the scuffed toys, a butterfly with what I believe to be a type of rubber surrounding it's body in different shades was another favorite of my little man, he likes the size of the rubber for easy teething without being too long or flat with a nice weight to it as well.
As for the other toys, they are definitely lesser quality in both weight, plastic and detail. Two of the toys (the horn you can blow for a loud buzz noise) and the tambourine like shaker are simply too cheap and flimsy of plastic for me to feel comfortable letting him have. The horns seems don't seem as reinforced as the rest and overall I think one good throw or drop would crack or shatter the horns plastic. The tambourine one is a little sharp around the edges and the discs that make the noise leave a lot of room for pinching a little teething gum or tongue which is highly disappointing. With those two aside and not recommend for your little one, I didn't mind the others and found the rest to be cute and decent enough.
I think in all I would have rather purchased the toys I knew to be good enough quality and safe for my little man instead of getting all with the low quality ones he doesn't much care for or I feel safe.
The plastic container is quite cheaply made but cute nonetheless.
